Orders and Shipping

We ship everywhere in the US. Shipping to the lower 48 US states is free.

Shipping to the lower 48 US states is free. A shipping fee will be added for other states (calculated at checkout).

On average, within 3 to 7 business days. Some remote locations might have longer shipping times. *Please be aware of our Delivery Standards Covid-19 (see other FAQ section).

When you get a tracking number, it means your order has been picked up by the carrier and is waiting to be scanned at a sorting center. If the tracking says that the package hasn't been received, it may just mean they haven't scanned your package yet. At certain times of the year, there may be a large accumulation of packages at the facility, which causes a longer delay before scanning your package and thus obtaining an estimated delivery date.

All orders are processed in USD.

Please reach out to our customer service team as quickly as possible, and we'll do our best to make the necessary changes to your order if we can. Please note that once an order has been placed it is not always possible for us to make changes to it. Once an order has departed from our warehouse, we are not able to reroute or make any changes to the order.


We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your items.

When returning items, please remember these four rules:

Contact us before shipping

Contact us at to authorize the return and get shipping instructions before you ship the item. If you return an item without contacting us first, the return will not be processed.

Return it within 30 days

If the items you ordered are not what you expected, we will gladly offer a refund on your original method of payment within 30 days.

Return new items only

In the case of food, the packaging must be unopened. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Some items can’t be returned

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
HOLOS jars are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note that if the above four conditions are not met, the refund will not be processed and your item will be donated/discarded.

We work hard to process your returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days once the return package has been delivered to us. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for the return credit to be posted to your bank statement. We appreciate your patience and we will update you every step of the way.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping process is out of our hands and we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are shipping an item over 75$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


HOLOS Super Breakfast is certified USDA organic. It is also vegan and gluten free.

Every pouch is one full serving. It contains 20g plant-based protein, 12g fiber, 13 vitamins & minerals, 2g omega-3 and 1 billion CFU probiotics. For full nutrition facts, visit our ingredients and click on "Complete nutrition facts".

Preparation is quick and easy. Pour, add liquid, shake and let sit overnight. Follow the full preparation steps here.

While we highly suggest soaking your HOLOS overnight (for 8 hours or more) because of the benefits it brings, we understand that you might not have the necessary time or that you might forget to prepare it the night before. In that case, we recommend 3 hours as the minimum soaking time.

Of course! We find the simplest way to enjoy HOLOS is always to soak it the day before even if you eat it for lunch or dinner, but you can also soak it the same day you eat it.

You can store your HOLOS for approximately 6 months at room temperature, as long as the pouch remains sealed. Refer to the "Best Before" date located on the back of your HOLOS.

Once soaked, HOLOS can be consumed for up to 2 days, if properly refrigerated.

All our products may contain traces of Peanuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Cashews, Pecans, Brazil Nuts, Macadamia Nuts, Pistachios, Pine Nuts, Coconut and Sesame. Click on the "Complete Nutrition Facts" button at the top of our ingredients for a full list of ingredients.

HOLOS was designed as a cold meal. However, nothing stops you from trying it however you would like! Just make sure you soak it before you heat it and make sure not to microwave the jar's lid.


Not at all! Subscribing is purely optional and is meant to simplify the process of receiving your HOLOS. You can modify, pause, skip or stop a subscription at any time.

When you subscribe, we send you an email containing a link to your customer portal. Moreover, a few days before each recurring order, we send you a reminder by email, which contains that link as well.

Once logged into your Customer Portal, click on "Delivery schedule" in the left-hand menu to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, click "Skip" to the right of each order.
