I have been making overnight oats for years as a part of my breakfast (and/or lunch) routine. I would make 6 small containers at a time and and keep them refrigerated. It was necessary to make all the same flavor (for me, not a big deal) but the real trick was trying to portion out the meals so that they were equal with all the ingredients. Looking at the price of other pre-packaged overnight oats offerings kept me making my own. Then I saw an add for Holos organic overnight Muesli. Good price point, great selection of flavors, organic, superb ingredients, and a website that made ordering simple. Once my package arrived I eagerly started trying different flavors each day. I sometimes add a little maple syrup to sweeten mine but you can use any sweetener of your choice or none at all if you prefer. The ways you can customize your meal are endless which makes it perfect for any time of day. The accompanying jar for making, measuring, and storing the oat ingredients and milk until ready to eat was the frosting on the cake. I've been enjoying my overnight oat meals daily for over 2 weeks now and can't believe how long they keep me sated. If you're on the fence about trying these I highly recommend you take the leap and give them a try. I'm so glad I did!

As an instant oatmeal person, I was skeptical that overnight oats would be anything special, but they really are night and day different. I found the Holos oats to be substantially more filling, tasty, and satisfying than my typical breakfast. I also felt 'better fed' for the morning. I am enjoying the different flavors that are offered (I never thought macchia would be palatable, but it is).
