Yum, overnight oats I actually like
I have never been able to enjoy overnight oats, UNTIL NOW! 1- I like a variety of the different flavors. 2- crazy easy & fast to make. 3- makes busy mornings of 4 kids/sports + my own runs/workouts EASY & effortless. 4- I just ran a 3 day race series & having these oats was the perfect early morning fuel!

What’s Not to Love?
Great flavor variety, protein and probiotic packed, easy as 1-2-3, organic and all in a recyclable pouches for easy storage, and grab and go make ahead nutritious breakfasts. I love them!

So gooood!
So goooood! I'm a fan!
Knowing what to eat for breakfast to fuel my day and training sessions is always a bit of a chore. Toast has been a go to, but it's not super exciting and sometimes doesn't have enough fuel for the start of the day. Yes I could make overnight oats myself, but often I'm so tired from the days training and work, that my decision making capacity and brain power is out. So I am loving Holos! Just pick a flavour, add milk and shake. I can just about manage this last thing before I go to bed ;-) and it's there in the morning ready to go. Add some mixed berries, yoghurt and some honey, and it's ready to go, and I'm ready to go for the day, knowing that is has calories to fuel me and all the good stuff!

Huge fan of this stuff !
I am not a fan of breakfast in general but this has got me eating it again! Every flavor is delicious in its own way. I generally split each one into 2 servings, 1/2 eaten for breakfast and the other 1/2 as an afternoon or evening snack. Already ordered another pack of 12 to try more flavors. Only thing I’m not a fan of is the goji berries. Definitely would be 100% better without them!
