My New Routine for Self Care!
I go to bed knowing I have something delicious and nutritious to look forward to the next day that I don’t have to prepare. Solid meal. Filing and delicious.
Trying to get more protein in my diet. Stumbled across this on FB. Really like the convenience and protein content. I make with FairLife protein milk for an extra boost. Tastes great.

Easy healthy breakfast.
I really enjoy having my breakfast all ready when I am ready to eat. I feel full for hours and ready to take on my day. I am so happy that I decided to try the variety pack of overnight Muesli.
