I've recently been struggling with GI issues, which have limited what and how much I can eat. This has made protein bars necessary for my daily nutrition. I have been repeatedly disappointed with the size and/or quality of other brands. Some have made my GI issues even worse. For me, the HOLOS protein bars are the perfect answer to my situation.
