I’ve tried several, if not all, of the overnight oats options on the market. So far this is my favorite . While it’s not just oats, I think that’s what really makes it a good choice for me. The plain oats with protein (whey or vegan) end up pasty and mushy, or drinkable with some chewing required. Neither quite sits right with me. With Holos, the flavor combinations are a nice variety without too many options and the flavors are spot on. Not too sweet but good flavors. While it’s not a protein shake substitute, it’s a spoon worthy protein option that doesn’t taste like it’s got the extras.

The taste is terrific on the French cinnamon toast flavor. The jar holds just the right amount for me to have half for breakfast and the other half for mid afternoon snack. Just received my shipment yesterday evening in time to make my breakfast this morning. What a wonderful morning treat.

I'm not a breakfast eater, never have been. I've made two of these so far (was out of milk for a few days when I got the order, duh) and they are delicious!! They are "just enough", where the quantity takes care of my hunger and I don't eat too much either (don't like getting sleepy after a meal). So far so good, more later.
