We started getting Holos because we wanted something easy to make for breakfast on rushed mornings. We are also vegan and wanted a good combination of fiber, protein, and carbs for the morning. We saw the other brands where you "drink" the oats, and that turned us off. We can say Holos are absolutely delicious!!! And all you do is add milk, shake, put in the fridge, and when you are ready, enjoy! Add fruit if you want, or granola for added crunch, or even walnuts or pumpkin seeds. Another nice thing is they are ALL vegan, so we don't have to worry! Grab yours today - you will be glad you did!

I am very happy with holos oats me being a guy getting my own breakfast it couldn't work better I prepare it the evening before an the next morning I just add blue berries an let me tell you it easy holds me over to first break or launch an work is physical exhausting
