I love always having packets of Holos in my pantry so I can just pop one in its jar, add some plant milk and pop it in the fridge. I wake up to a delicious, nutritious breakfast with 20g of rice protein to give me that extra strength in the gym! and to sustain me until lunch. Wouldn’t be without it, love my Holos.
