Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Maple sugar

Produced by dehydrating pure Canadian maple syrup, this very high end and natural sugar really shows our philosophy of selecting nature’s best. We love its maple-ish flavour but what we love even more is its high antioxidant and minerals content.

Pumpkin seeds

Harvested directly from the pumpkin pulp, they add an earthy flavour and crunchy texture to our muesli blend, along with tons of vitamins and minerals. These pumpkin seeds are especially rich in vitamin K, magnesium, iron and also antioxidants.

Date powder

With its naturally sweet taste, it's an excellent choice to replace refined sugar. In addition, date powder stands out for its high antioxidant content compared to other sugars.

Lucuma powder

This superfood nicknamed “the gold of the gods” by the Incas provides a great diversity of minerals and nutrients. In addition, its slightly sweet taste, reminiscent of butterscotch, and its low glycemic index make it an excellent alternative to refined sugar.

    Better than Overnight Oats!

    Organic Overnight Muesli has a variety of grains and seeds mixed with your choice of flavors and nuts. I love them all. My favorite, though, is Maple with Almonds.

    Amazing

    This is delicious and wonderful. I love knowing how nutritious it. It tastes amazing and is so satisfying. And you can’t beat the convenience. Love it!!

    Nice flavors and not so sweet!

    For my Asian palate, HOLO has the best taste so far after trying so many overnight oats. At first I was a bit worried about the sugar, but when I tasted them, I love how their berries included flavors! My favorite is the new Matcha one.

    I also got the bulk oats, and hope one day there’s a sugar free option in the near future ✨
