I have a busy schedule and wanted to maintain my clean, WHOLE food nutrition but make my weekday meal prep a little easier. The impact to my daily carb allotment is significant but I can eat quickly between coaching/training and have enough energy to keep going throughout the day. The caramel and raisin is my favorite; at home I mix it with a coconut & almond milk blend and when traveling, just use water. Delish.

I Love this Muesli--especially the chai and caramel raisin versions. I make the chai with Bengal Spice tea instead of milk or water. WOW!! So yummy! Thanks for creating such a delicious & nutritious food.
