I am 10 days into using HOLOS for my morning oats. With the 20g of protein, excellent taste, and easy preparation (mix milk and package into provided jar, stick in fridge ... done), it is too good and too simple to not like. I have tried making my own morning oats. While it's obviously quite simple, it's just too time consuming to acquire the materials and do the prep each day. Call me lazy but it is what it is.

My nutritionist recommended HOLOS to help me eat a higher protein/fiber breakfast than was my norm (peanut butter on toast with a hard boiled egg or two). I really like having the option to use this as a breakfast or a mid-day snack. Highly recommend.
