Who can enter

  1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be U.S. residents.
  2. Employees of HOLOS Foods Inc., their affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

Contest details

  1. The contest is held twice per calendar year. The first contest period runs from January 1 through June 30, and the second contest period runs from July 1 through December 31. Entries must be received by HOLOS Foods Inc. by the end of the applicable contest period to be eligible for that period’s drawing.
  2. HOLOS Foods Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries, server unavailability, or any other electronic malfunction.
  3. One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries received during each six-month contest period. The drawing will take place within 10 days following the conclusion of each contest period. Remaining valid entries will not carry over to the next contest period.
  4. HOLOS Foods Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the contest at any time.


The prize

  1. One (1) winner will be selected per six-month contest period, for a total of two (2) winners per calendar year. Each winner will receive a box of 50 HOLOS muesli (valued at $300). Prizes will be shipped directly to the winners.
  2. The winner will be notified by email. To claim the prize, the winner must provide their correct name, address, and telephone number to HOLOS Foods Inc. upon notification. The winner must present valid photo identification when claiming the prize. HOLOS Foods Inc. reserves the right to request additional identification and may choose to deny awarding the prize based on the information presented.
  3. To claim the prize, the winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (as required by law). If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, or fails to provide the necessary identification or documentation, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining valid entries.
  4. No substitution or cash alternative for the prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of HOLOS Foods Inc. In the event the prize is unavailable, HOLOS Foods Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable.
  5. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, voice, and image for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  1. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received during the applicable six-month contest period.

  3. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. HOLOS Foods Inc. accepts no responsibility or liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in this contest or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded.
  4. HOLOS Foods Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen entries, prizes, or contest information. HOLOS Foods Inc. is also not responsible for any technical malfunctions, server unavailability, or any other technological or human error related to this contest.
  5. HOLOS Foods Inc. reserves the right to modify the rules or discontinue the contest at any time without notice.
  6. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to release HOLOS Foods Inc., its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from participation in the contest or the acceptance or use of any prize.
