How to use
1. Pour a pack into the reusable glass jar
2. Add milk (200ml). Less milk = Thicker. More milk = Creamier.
3. Shake, and soak overnight (for at least 6 hours)

I discovered Holos in Canada and have been a fan of their overnight oats for almost a year now! Glad they ship to the US as well! If you are not a carb counter, this breakfast has everything you need to start your day right.. great macros and micros with really clean ingredients. 20g proteins and 11g fibers per serving to start the day!
