Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Probiotics (Bacillus coagulans)

    Never would have thought it...

    I am a "savory" breakfast guy, have been for years. With some lifestyle changes that are needed as one crosses 50 years old, I thought perhaps better breakfast/start to the day would be warranted. I did get sucked into this brand on instagram, and after researching bought it... with some hesitation, figuring if I did not like I could just move on. Well, surprise to me, I love it. I tried nearly all packets in the first order and mixed in some fruit and/or granola, etc. It's delicious, I am full for hours, no crash, and i don't miss the savory breakfast ritual anymore. I actually look forward to Muesli (never thought would say that :) every morning. So.. I subscribed and was happy to do so.

    (ps - I never review anything and have zero affiliation here, just was surprising enough for me, that wanted to share)
