Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are the gift of the beautiful sunflower. They will take care of your hunger, while also being a rich source of protein, vitamins (B and E) and dietary minerals (magnesium, iron and zinc). They will also take care of your craving with its satisfying crunchy texture.

Sprouted brown rice protein

    Review of Holos organic muesli

    I adore Holos. It is a treat. I try to have it only every other morning. I use no sugar almond milk with it, and sometimes I add other seeds or frozen blueberries.

    The only negative about it is that it seems to take a long time to get here after I order it. That's how much I like it!

    Thanks to a friend

    I’ve been totally thriving on HOLOS! Last Summer one of my friends gave me hers, and I’m grateful she introduced me to the product. The HOLOS overnight oats are so convenient to prepare and eat. I absolutely love the jars they come with. I also love knowing I have a highly nutritious meal to turn to when I’m in a pinch.

    Holos muesli breakfast

    I was pleasantly surprised when I received the Holos overnight muesli. It's very easy to prepare and there is a big variety of flavors to choose from.
