I was using another protein oatmeal brand but it was so sugary. I love that Holos is lightly sweetened naturally and just tastes like a yummy healthy breakfast. I love that these are all plant based and so convenient. Plus the packages are recyclable which is a win!

So easy and nutritious and actually tastes good. Highly recommend. I usually eat 1/2 at a time so get 2 meals out of 1 packet. Adding berries, nuts, milk or yogurt stretches it even further. It completely satisfies my hunger
