How to use

1. Pour a pack into the reusable glass jar

    Great Breakfast!

    I love my Holos overnight oats. It’s such a healthy start to my day! I put fruit on top and it keeps me full for hours. It has 20g of protein and 11g of fiber! Great organic product!

    Good tasting and good for you

    I love waking up & having my breakfast ready to go. I love the flavors and haven’t had a bad tasting one yet! It keeps me full until beyond lunchtime. I love the versatility of being able to add fruit or yogurt or just eat it. Well worth the money.
