Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Cocoa

Cocoa is naturally fermented and contain more antioxidant activity than tea, wine, and blueberries. What’s more, it also enhances the effectiveness of some minerals and nutrients in the body and gives a nice boost to stimulate your brain in the morning.

Pumpkin seeds

Harvested directly from the pumpkin pulp, these seeds are recognizable by their beautiful and bright green colour.     Tasty and fills me up.

    I was surprised how filling these are as compared to the muesli I make at home. I mixed them with oat milk (malk brand) and loved the Maple/Almond and Mocha flavors the most. I’m definitely purchasing more and another jar!

    So far I like it!

    I ordered a mix of flavors and have tried the cacao and banana-cranberry so far. They are very filling and satisfying. I wasn't starving a few hours later like I usually am after breakfast. I like the flavor and texture of both although my husband preferred the banana-cranberry (he isn't a chocolate fan). I'll work my way through the other flavors and let you know!

    My new morning routine.

    I have struggled with breakfast for years. I never wanted to spend a lot of time cooking before work. I’m now retired but was still couldn’t get my morning going. Holos has changed that. Easy to make the night before and morning is streamlined. I love the flavors and the way it stays with me until noon or later. I will continue to have Holos in the morning.
