Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are the gift of the beautiful sunflower. They will take care of your hunger, while also being a rich source of protein, vitamins (B and E) and dietary minerals (magnesium, iron and zinc). They will also take care of your craving with its satisfying crunchy texture.

Sprouted brown rice protein

Brown rice protein is a key provider of proteins in a plant-based diet because it is equally effective to whey protein at boosting lean muscle mass and it has high digestibility and assimilation properties. The unique process of sprouting and fermenting the rice (and its husk) results in a massive increase in lysine and other essential and non-essential amino acids that makes its profile complete.

Probiotics (Bacillus coagulans)

There are trillions of bacteria in and on our bodies. Our probiotic strain, as many other strains, keeps in check the healthy balance of good and bad bacterias in your gut and thereby support our bodies’ ability to absorb nutrients and fight infection.     I was never an oatmeal/muesli person, but was convinced to try it on a recent trip to Quebec City… Loved it!!! Easy to make, lots of great flavors, and I can control the texture by how I prepare it… I get a box of 30 every month! My doctor could not have been happier to hear that I had made the switch from sugar breakfasts to Holos!

    So Filling!

    I was really surprised at how great some of the flavors were, like maple and almond, peach, and apple and cinnamon. Also, they are so filling and satisfying. After one serving, I can go six hours without feeling hungry, hungry at all. I will definitely be re-ordering :-)

    Review of Holos Oraganic Overnight Muesli

    I just had my first breakfast of Holos Overnight Muesli and I'm stunned.

    It's so easy to prepare and the flavor is terrific!

    The consistency and texture is fantastic as well. I'm now getting ready to have my second serving on the second day this time I'm doing the vanilla today and yesterday was apple cinnamon.

    I will continue on their subscription program to be getting this as to me. It is the most perfect breakfast to have.

    Give it a try. It's a must have!
