I performed love the Holos brand, have tried others and have been a little disappointed. Holis consistently delivers great taste, quality, value, and convenience in preparing my breakfast or a snack. The other benefit, I have noticed, is that I feel content, and the the feeling stays with me! I recommend that anyone should try it, it’s easy and it helps me avoid fast food, when I am in a hurry, just grab a spoon and my container and I’m off!

I was skeptical at first ,but thought I would give this a try. So simple , just add my almond milk to the line provided, shake and done. They are not overly sweet allowing me to add some fruit or crunch on top if I please. Very happy with this product.
