Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Cocoa

Cocoa is naturally fermented and contain more antioxidant activity than tea, wine, and blueberries. What’s more, it also enhances the effectiveness of some minerals and nutrients in the body and gives a nice boost to stimulate your brain in the morning.

Pumpkin seeds

    Tastes great and is healthy

    I'm a nurse and I make these overnight oats for breakfast when I go to work. Love how filling it is and that it has lots of nutrients. I just add milk and it tastes great the next day. Peach and the banana choco are my faves!

    Convenient Breakfast- Chocolate is our fav

    I tried every flavor and keep going back to chocolate. I like adding fresh fruit and find Chocolate flavor most versatile.
