Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Cocoa

Cocoa is naturally fermented and contain more antioxidant activity than tea, wine, and blueberries. What’s more, it also enhances the effectiveness of some minerals and nutrients in the body and gives a nice boost to stimulate your brain in the morning.

Pumpkin seeds

Harvested directly from the pumpkin pulp, these seeds are recognizable by their beautiful and bright green colour. They add an earthy flavour and crunchy texture to our muesli blend, along with tons of vitamins and minerals. These pumpkin seeds are especially rich in vitamin K, magnesium, iron and also antioxidants.

Date powder

With its naturally sweet taste, it's an excellent choice to replace refined sugar. In addition, date powder stands out for its high antioxidant content compared to other sugars.

    Great tasting and easy

    Been buying these for last 10ish months and I love them! Coco is my fav! I add some raspberry’s and I feel like I am having a healthy desert for breakfast! These are so easy to make and keep me from buying food when I stop for coffee in the morning! So happy it’s Canadian so I didn’t have to stop buying them!

    Despite my reservations, this product is amazing!!

    Ordered a mixed pack box and chose my flavours. My first flavour did not go over well, and I thought “oh no, another earthy granola product”. Despite a less than stellar start, I soldiered on and I am so thankful I did. Every other flavour I have tried has been very delicious. Just a touch of sweetness and very filling. When I reached out to the company to share my experience, they responded with a thoughtful and helpful response and quickly refunded me for the packs in question. I will be a loyal customer of Holos. Thank you for your fabulous customer service and great product.

    Amazing!

    We ordered 50 packets in assorted flavours and they have been a game changer - especially if you don't have time to prep breakfast in the mornings. We mix in fruit and the large range of flavours keeps things interesting. They have all been delicous so far and I love that they are not too sweet. A serving keeps me full well into the afternoon. We have subscribed as this is now part of our routine!
